Healthcare insurance providers were transitioning available plan options for the 2017 open enrollment season, including more narrow network plans – some of which did not include Duke Health. Whatʼs worse, if a patientʼs current plan was going away and they didnʼt actively choose a new plan, they would be defaulted into the plan that did not include Duke Medicine. We set up a website (planforduke.com) and drove consumers there to find out which plans included Duke Healthcare.

We also created a millennial-focused execution to run in pre-roll and in cinema:
