Are you a gifted storyteller, camera wizard and an editing Einstein? If so, polish up that resume, because we’re looking to hire a rock star Editor/Videographer to join our crazy-talented Winston-Salem team.

This position will require you to be a wearer of many hats and doer of many things (with a healthy dose of passion on top). As an Editor, you should be able to assemble creative gold either working solo or collaboratively with a creative team. That means you’ll need a good grasp of the creative process, be an excellent idea generator and be able receive and implement feedback. Oh, and it kind of goes without saying—you MUST be proficient with current editing and motion graphics software.

As a videographer/photographer you are equally talented, with the ability to shoot on your own, or add value to larger shoots through production technique and technical skill. So, from lighting rigs to f-stops, you must possess next level camera chops.

The person that fills this role will be a key member of our creative department. You will craft, shoot, edit and polish client content for broadcast, digital and social. Not to mention agency content for case studies, new business proposals, awards shows or just stuff we decide to make for fun (‘cause we do that a lot too.)

  • Have excellent technical proficiency with current editorial and motion graphics software
  • Shoot on your own, or add value to larger shoots through production technique and technical skill.
  • Collaborate with the creative department to edit / shoot client content for broadcast, digital, and social mediums, plus internal agency content for case studies, new business proposals and award shows.
  • Participate in supervised edit sessions which require a rounded understanding of the creative process, a willingness to share ideas, and most importantly, an ability to receive and implement feedback


  • 2 to 4 years of professional experience as an editor/videographer.
  • Mad skills in Editorial and Post Production software, including Adobe Creative Cloud applications Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop. (3-D/CGI would amazing)
  • Proficiency with a variety of DSLR cameras and lighting equipment for video and stills production.
  • Technical knowledge of audio mixing, color correction, motion graphics, and encoding.
  • Organizational skills, time management and industry knowledge.
