The Variable is searching far and wide for an Integrator to join our talented Winston-Salem team. While this position may sound A LOT like a project manager (and you will be required to have project management experience), it is much more than that. This person will play a pivotal role in managing cross-functional projects from start to finish (and all the steps in between). This person will work with other departments to facilitate projects in an efficient manner and ensure that projects are completed and delivered in a comprehensive, accurate and timely fashion. This person must be uber-organized, have a knack for problem-solving, possess a self-starting work ethic and have a desire to help make awesome things become a reality.

YOU MUST

  • Effectively prioritize and manage projects of various complexity, “bridging the gap” between internal teams
  • Clearly and effectively communicate with internal team members/stakeholders and external vendors
  • Know and understand project scopes and be able to identify potential out of scope issues before they arise
  • Have a deep understanding of agency process and find ways to optimize and increase efficiencies
  • Assist with assignment and utilization tracking of agency resources
  • Review/approve timelines created by Business Leaders and assist with development as needed
  • Actively track all assigned projects and keep department and project lead(s) updated on progress
  • Seek out solutions for any/all questions throughout project lifecycle
  • Work with Business Leadership to make sure project brief is reviewed by appropriate parties and all project details are obtained prior to project kick off
  • Help create and track the master calendar for all projects and their deliverables
  • Promote cross-functional collaboration by facilitating conversations by making sure the right people are involved

 

YOU HAVE

  • A four-year degree
  • 2+ years of project management experience in an advertising agency or similar environment
  • Excellent communications skills, both written and oral
  • The ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines
  • Energy, organization and are extremely proactive
  • Experience with understanding production process and timelines is a plus
