Dubinsky joins The Variable with an impressive background that includes building social teams and strategies to solve business challenges for brands like Coca-Cola, AT&T, Char-Broil and Scotts during her time with McBeard and Fullscreen in Los Angeles. Prior to joining The Variable, she served as the senior brand director of New Balance for Renfro.
As the director of social at The Variable, Dubinsky will lead and work with a team of strategists, creatives, media planners and more to help clients leverage new and existing social platforms as part of an integrated marketing strategy, and one that connects brands with people in strategic and engaging ways to drive business.

Foot brings a wealth of knowledge to The Variable having worked with brands like Oreo, Chevrolet, Harley-Davidson, Zipcar, Tic-Tac and Bank of America during his time with agencies including Modernista!, Digitas, and most recently The Martin Agency, where he served as a senior vice president.
Foot’s role as director of account management enables him to leverage his expertise to lead account teams through collaboration and integration across all departments to deliver inspiring creative and business-driving results for clients including Proctor & Gamble, Char-Broil, and BASF.

Hanley served as the consumer marketing associate director at Merz North America—a leading specialty healthcare company—prior to joining The Variable.
In her role as group planning director, Hanley will utilize her unique expertise in creative strategy, research, consumer insights and product innovation to help identify and develop creative solutions for modern business challenges that can have long- and short-term impact on growth.
