Information We Collect
Information You Provide: You provide us information about yourself, such as your name and e-mail address, when you submit an employment application or use the contact form provided by The Variable. We collect information that you submit in the process of applying for employment or using the contact form on The Variable. If you connect to The Variable through a social network such as Facebook, we collect information about you and your friends or contacts that use The Variable from that social network. The information we collect may depend on the privacy settings you have with the social network. We may collect Personal Information you have provided to the social network (such as your name, email address and other information that you have made available) from the account you have with such social network.

Policy Regarding Children
Children under the age of 13 are not permitted to use The Variable and we do not intentionally collect or maintain Personal Information from those who are under 13 years old. To be effective under this subsection, a notification of claimed infringement must be a written communication provided to firstname.lastname@example.org of this website that includes substantially the following:
(i) A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
(ii) Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or, if multiple copyrighted works at a single online site are covered by a single notification, a representative list of such works at that site.
(iii) Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity and that is to be removed or access to which is to be disabled, and information reasonably sufficient to permit the service provider to locate the material.
